PHOTO 1417
Caption: This is a pic of we think of Schults (Sp)standing on Don Grant's truck with Bravo Co. after the ambush near Hue in Feb. 68. Yes those are two bullet holes in the windshield. The first one hit on the passenger side and when the driver turned his head to see if the passenger was hit the driver side was hit. Lucky for him it wasn't the other way around because if he hadn't turned his head the bullet hole was dead center in my line of sight. It went out the back and tore up his sleeping bag he had rolled up behind my head.
